Hi, I AM CAROLINE.

For the last 15+ years I’ve been creating stories that connect global brands with the people they care about most.

Living and working in six different countries, in the thralls of capitalism as well as communism, developing creative strategies, concepts and digital experiences for a rooster of global brands and their diverse audiences, I know that at the heart of it all is truthful insight. It is the universal currency of creativity, it's what kills your darlings and makes good great. 

Throughout my career, it's been my mission to find and leverage these human insights, create potent stories that provoke true emotions and build brands people want to connect with. Leading multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams, I have bridged cultures and media, building omni-channel brand experiences across film, digital, print and event platforms.

Always a core member of my agency's new business development team, I have won numerous multi-million global pitch accounts and established a wide expertise in automotive and lifestyle.

In 2017, I was honored to be chosen as one of the Top 10 global female creative leaders of the DDB network and made a founding member of 'The Phyllis Project' - a creative initiative committed to increasing female leadership in our industry.

I currently live in the West Village in NYC with my husband and daughter.
